At Taana Baana, we strive to ensure your handcrafted fashion reaches you in perfect condition, but we offer a hassle-free 14-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all original labels and heritage tags are attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned garment for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
